    Thanks for the response. It’s just how the whole thing has been progressing (or the lack thereof) that got me to a point where I now become a little cynical. Our agent notified us of the acceptance of our offer and asked for our lender contact info and that was it. Almost a week went by and no further guidance or whatsoever from the agent as to what we should do or expect to see next. We only get answers when we asked (shouldn’t we have a home inspection scheduled by now? Where’s the paperwork (proof that the seller accepted the offer)?, etc…)

    Needless to say, this agent is off of our speed dial after this transaction – regardless, whether it went through or not.
