Del Cerro is between Downtown and UTC. about a 20-min commmute each. Older houses, but great schools. No HOA ore melaroos. There are houses for rent in that area too.

To fix all the problems, they would have to raise taxes by about two cents for every dollar spent. Good luck with that. Unfortunately, white house fiscal reform doesn’t work and unless you tax, you can’t pay for things.

ParticipantDEL SUR, was right in the path.. If they wanted it to burn down, now all the have is a glut of houses that are in a fire zone that will be even more difficult to sell.
