AN, that ‘s a very good point to take into consideration inflation. In the short term we are not seeing effective inflation yet but it can be an ugly force that make the difference down the road. Home price, in the mean time, can’t even wait for inflation to go up. Home price will be dropping faster by several fundamental factors than anything that can reflate it…..

It will come to a point when the collapsing housing market is not the only worst thing that will/can happen, the govt’s actions will bring other disasters looming as well that together won’t allow govt to forever go down this delaying route.
But personally how many years do you want to wait???

My friend just sold a home too, just moved in script preserve too, have ocean view too, and it’s their dream home too…..I don’t think I have diplopia.
