ParticipantBeen to the following in the top 10 and my impressions:
No. 2 Vienna – nice city but not somewhere I would want to live, it’s just boring, the nightlife is around Schwedenplatz (Bermuda Triangle) and it’s not so vibrant. And you can go to a concert only so many times! And besides you can also attend concerts/opera etc. in other cities.
No. 4 Vancouver – ok city but No. 4? I wouldn’t live here, way too boring for my tastes.
No. 7 Munich – this is indeed a fantastic place to live, lots of culture and the city is just downright beautiful and of course the BEER GARDENS!!!! I would consider living here. Definitely not a party city though, more laid back.
Can’t believe Berlin did not make the top 10…uh, what kind of list is this?

ParticipantIt doesn’t matter, affordability is what it is. If interest rates rise then prices will come down even more to get in line with affordability so that it creates sufficient demand to sustain the price level.
We really need to INCREASE interest rates ASAP to prevent inflation from spiraling out of control.
