ParticipantThat is the only thing that makes sense, as crazy as it sounds. Pay the homeless to hang out somewhere else and sell it to unsuspecting tourists. But seriously, if you have that kind of money, are you that stupid? The free money is gone. People moving from outside of San Diego do a little homework before they buy, rent, check boards on line, etc. I just continue to be flabbergasted. I’m going to change my name to Spock. This is illogical.

Their website is not the best, but they are good. Hear they have ads on the radio (don’t listen to that particular station) and highly recommended by the people they work with.

ParticipantI heard some lenders were doing that. I think it was a few years ago. If I’m remembering right, I think it was E-Trade that was advertising portable loans to take w/you when you move/buy elsewhere. I don’t know about other lenders doing this. I think there were certain restrictions. I didn’t research it much. When I first heard it, I thought it was a good idea.

ParticipantBorat – That’s true. I did not mean to exclude the construction industry. Naturally it trickles down. A lot of unemployed. That’s been my question. The dot-com got replaced by real estate. What is the next big thing?
