I heard some lenders were doing that. I think it was a few years ago. If I’m remembering right, I think it was E-Trade that was advertising portable loans to take w/you when you move/buy elsewhere. I don’t know about other lenders doing this. I think there were certain restrictions. I didn’t research it much. When I first heard it, I thought it was a good idea.
