GuestHi. Are you the one they call Jellybean? π Yes, they are that stupid. Idiots abound and there’s a sucker born everyday. Some dumba%% will buy these properties and maybe ruin their lives, maybe not. But, they will be a little less richer and none the smarter. Nothing new here in terms of buyer psychology. You will always have these kind of buyers in any market.

I guess their is a $200k premium for North PB to get the same type/size house.
This is a group of 3 row type homes that were build on a larger lot, but the street isn’t that nice even though the beach is a block west and la jolla a block north.
I only see 1 of the 3 listed right now at $1.249-$1.369M.

ParticipantSo if these places sell, the market is way better than any of us are thinking. Either that or there are still way more many fools that are looking to be parted w/their money. I can’t imagine a fence-sitter holding out for this, nor anymore flippers, since the free-money well is all but dry.
