looks like it took a hit. I see two on realtor.com in the $1.7mil range – one of them 9K sqft lot. Either a good deal or hmmmm…

jbParticipantSounds like if you come off the bridge and you want to get to the Country Club Area, you’ll probably want to make a left on Orange. You’ll then make a right on 5th, 6th, etc. So, you have the signals at both 3rd and 4th to contend with. For the people coming up the Strand and going to the base in the morning, how are they going to get to the 3rd Street gate? Are they going to have to go to Orange and make a left on Third? I bet they have a couple of lanes open in the morning to make a left from Alameda onto the base at 4th. A guess it’s an improvement?
