looks like it took a hit. I see two on realtor.com in the $1.7mil range – one of them 9K sqft lot. Either a good deal or hmmmm…

Well I just rented a house in Coronado for $3500/month including a gardener. It’s in a great location and in very good condition. It would sell for @$1.8-1.9M+/- in today’s market. Why would I buy now?

eagleeye, I wish i had seen that one! It sounds great, I really like Coronado. What sources did you use to find it, whenever I look on craigslist there is an overwhelming amount of chancers trying to cover their carry costs by ‘wishing’ for super high rents.
