HuckleberryParticipant
I agree, not cool! I have darkly tinted windows and live in PB with no issues in 6 years. Where did this happen? Were you in the hood, downtown, PB, Carlsbad? Maybe the location is the factor that got you pulled over?
HuckleberryParticipantI agree, the new Redfin is worthless in relation to comping your own home. I put significant effort into tracking our assets and net worth on a semi-annual basis, and this tool really helped.
Now, it is JUNK…
HuckleberryParticipantConsidering the most recent CNBC news (strategic review of possible split, massive layoffs and organizational restructuring) and the below Wall Street Journal article. I think the odds are in your favor if you bet the company will split by end of year.

HuckleberryParticipantHopefully they open the course up to the public so they can book more tee times and generate revenues to pay back that debt.
HuckleberryParticipantIMO, based on all articles and interviews I have read and seen…
I see a high possibility of company split this time around.
Reasons:
1. The stock price has severely under-performed the market for the last two years.
2. Shareholders are past being patient regarding unlocking the value of the individual QCT and QCL business models. Some of the large hedge and mutual funds have already liquidated their holdings in QCOM, hence the huge stock price drop…
3. Executive compensation is out of whack compared with ROI to shareholders.
4. Company cost cutting practices (layoffs, expense cuts, etc.) have not boosted stock price.
HuckleberryParticipantI mean no disrespect, but I actually laughed out loud at the irony of this post coming from an author by the name of “treehugger”, especially the last sentence!
HuckleberryParticipantI definitely wouldn’t settle, NEVER settle!
Hell just reflect back on your own recent post about Divorce Corp. – http://piggington.com/divorce_corp
Why would anyone even consider settling just to make others happy? You have only so many years to make yourself happy, don’t waste them.
Regarding the friends, pick the ones you like best and lay claim to them, especially if you met them first. Now if your “significant other” met them first you should respect that and let them lay claim to those friends.
About how to do it? Just be honest and tell them you’re not happy and don’t feel comfortable dealing with the constant pressure to marry. Many times the pressure coming from your significant other has an ulterior motive that is not communicated, often that motivation is to start cranking out babies.
One more note, with every couple I have experienced that recently get married, children are ALWAYS the next logical step (especially for females) and you can count on the family starting within 1-2 years following the wedding. Make sure this is what you are looking for.
Good luck…
HuckleberryParticipant
It looks like the guy is now up in the Big Bear area out on foot. His burned out truck was just shown on TV. Hopefully the residents near there have adequate supply of guns and ammunition to defend themselves, not just their manpurses.
Agreed!Hopefully for them, considering who they are dealing with, they have semi-auto assault rifles, shotguns and handguns. Personally I would want all three against a guy of this magnitude…
HuckleberryParticipantHere is the complete “non-media scrubbed” manifesto.
The media is already releasing redacted copies of his writing without the pro-left/gun control content. The redacted copy is ~12 pages long and the original is ~ 22 pages. Without getting too political, here is a story about the two versions that have been released.
I’m posting this link because it’s the only copy that hasn’t been scrubbed.
It obviously depicts a wacko!
January 24, 2013 at 8:06 PM in reply to: OT: Do Assume That Your Representative Will Vote on the NRA Side or Abstain #758520HuckleberryParticipantLOL. Another anti 2nd amendment plea…
Good luck with that.
HuckleberryParticipantLOL… Or the monkey that throws darts at the board to randomly pick stocks for the year.
HuckleberryParticipantthe power of america’s stable institutions have a heck of a lot more to do with the stability of the govt
Wow squat, you REALLY are naive…
HuckleberryParticipant
The constitution is not what holds this nation together.
Another absolutely ridiculous statement…Really consider at it’s core what you are stating here. Really think about the context!
Then, please explain to this entire board the premise of your theory.
HuckleberryParticipantOh, and to “get the 2nd Amendment out of America’s way”!?!?! This is absolutely idiotic on sooo many more levels, I’m not even going to dignify it with responses…
