ParticipantAnyone recently locked a 30 year conforming fixed, What are the rates like? We are close to locking and want to make sure we get it right.
Currently my broker is quoting 4.25% at 0.75 points

Can you be more specific about which streets you are referring to? What are the reasons to avoid these?Reason for my question is we are considering some properties which lie east of Black Mountain and west of I-15 along Carmel Mountain Road and would like to know the downsides.

what are the pitfalls to watch out for when shopping in the wolf creek area? are all the builders out there pretty good in terms of quality?
What would be the advantages of redhawk/morgan over wolf creek?
you mentioned sub-2003 prices are a safe bet, but it seems that the prices are already sub-2003, did you mean sub 2001?happyrenter
