Yeah, or maybe most American voters believe in abortion rights, gun control, the dept. of education, membership in international organizations, environmental regulations, zoning controls, and many other “BS” things that Ron Paul would get rid of. It’s incredibly arrogant and condescending to assume that anyone who doesn’t support Paul is either ignorant or selfish. I know what he stands for, and, like most people, I think he’s wrong. That’s why we have elections.
I look at it this way, we for sure can’t do any worse than the damage that W has done both internally and externally to our nation.
That’s setting the bar pretty low…

greensdParticipantGimme a break. I can’t believe I wasted 45 minutes on that. As one of the google video comments says, don’t ask a socialist to explain how capitalism works. Even given the distorted, propagandistic picture they give of the current system, it *still* looked better than their alternatives. Unless you’ve got a problem with guys named “Goldsmith”…

Yes… it is common courtesy not to split the bill evenly…you are sort of getting shafted…that’s not wise money management… I always count the change…. Most places overseas in asia don’t tip. … It’s about handouts…
In other words: yes, they are like this in real life.
