ParticipantTo put it simply I will take high interest rates and low home prices versus the opposite. At least I get a bigger write-off and can always refinance when rates get lower. Buying an expensive house with a low interest rate leaves you no where to go.

ParticipantMy mom comes from a different generation (born in the late 30’s in Germany). She can’t believe that today you can buy a television on credit let alone a car or anything else. It really is amazing how we have completely evolved into a spend & spend and run up the debt society. 🙁

The business is soooo bad. The longest slow period in the last 20 years. For example…Toyota dealerships who used to sell 600–700 per month..are now selling less then half.
