ParticipantThanks…I was thinking that was it but thought there was more to it. Of course now the lending world will change forever and we should see a return to very conservative lending practices.
Do you think this will limit the buyer pool and therefore help to solve the home pricing problem (even though for sale inventory might drop).

ParticipantI see where he is going but if American’s (or foreign people) don’t consume there would be no reason for companies to invest. Peter is a little too much doom & gloom and, at the end of the day, the answer is somewhere in the middle.
