ParticipantSpeaking about experiences I was having a sandwich at a deli on Convoy (next to Pancake House). Anyway I am sitting there minding my own business but I can’t help but overhear the conversation going on on the next table. Three guys sitting together talking about their homes. One guy is in the process of foreclosure. One guy is thinking about short selling and one guy is renting (and probably laughing inside to both the other guys).
I am noticing this more and more. The obvious truth is that A LOT of people are in way over their heads and this thing is hardly close to being over.
