ParticipantStop the spam!
Limited partnerships are BS. Do you set up limited partnerships?
Don’t invest in anything you cannot understand and don’t control. Many people have been ripped off by their partners in these things. F-that!
Assume no liability, assume there is no quick route to riches, and stop worshipping money.

ParticipantPoor Ben. He’ll find out that pushing on a string just doesn’t do anything.
Americans don’t save and neither does the government.
If the financial collapse can be delayed long enough, most people living now think that it won’t happen to them.
Save your money in gold, silver, Swiss Francs and Euros. At least the Germans understand hyperinflation. Americans will become familiar with the phenomenon in the next decade just like they are now familiar with falling housing prices.
Have low expectations, save your money, buy real estate when there is blood in the streets and only for cash, and live with your kids if you have to.

ParticipantThis is just typical corruption due to the dysfunctional two-party system in this country.
The presidential election in 1988 in Indiana had no option for voting for a third party candidate since some functionary in Indiana rigged it that way. He said that the election was about voters getting to select the “Democrat or Republican” of their choice.
There’s alot of corruption in this country and people just put their heads in the sand.
