what are you mixing Marion? I read reviews on Amazon,etc and found that machines under $1000.00 are basically good for mixing cake batter, something that cab be done with the $20 cake mixer. If you want to mix dough, you basically need restaurant mixer for $$$$. I am so sick of buying poorly made items. If someone has different experience, let us know.
