Drunkle,
Don’t knock Ethiopia!I once won a body building contest there! Only one I ever won. Good thing Fat-lazy union didn’t show up!Sorry Hi-jacking threads again …excuse me..I’ll be going now.
Your joke is funny BTW. Poor people though.
you’re pushing your punctuation quota there too, buddy. the un requires you to purchase punctuation credits in order to legally use all those exclamations and periods.
on topic: ethiopia is actually doing alot better since the end of the droughts.
drunkleParticipant5k is 16% difference on a 30k price…
how does the back trace work with your new 4% rate?
while the lines fit and things are nicely symmetrical, i have a feeling the reality wont be so pretty…

drunkleParticipantdestitute ethiopians will have to go without punctuation marks for weeks now thanks to you.

drunkleParticipantthe rankings are from the national journal. it’s supposed to be bi-weekly, and correct me if i’m stupid, but doesn’t that mean 2 times a week… either way, the date on that ranking list is more than 2 weeks old.
Giuliani as front runner… and obama has a funny name. once upon a time, an italian would have no chance…
air america supports ron paul. dig it.

drunkleParticipantthat 6.2% growth has got to be way too high. it doesn’t seem to be based on anything except sales since the 70’s. using past sales prices to project growth has got to be flawed…
someone else said re growth, globally and over a “long” period of time was on the order of .2%. dont remember who, someone on youtube, probably…

drunkleParticipantHow many people making $100K/year are living in a $1K/month apartment?
Me and my wife.i bet on the former. self control in this day and age is hard to find.
100k household income is above median. i’d bet significantly above median. that is, the percentile of households making 100k+ is much smaller than the percentile of households making median.
you don’t even really make a living wage as an individual until you hit some 35-40k/year individually. in san diego. which is average/greater than average wage for college grad in his twenties. to pay tuition debts, living expenses, nights out and save just a nickel a day…

Oh, quit being so narrow-minded, cyphire. You libs proclaim your views on ‘Bush being an idiot,’ ‘Drive a Prius before you heat us,’ etc. We conservatives proclaim our views on the primacy of Christianity. What’s the difference?I’m willing to tolerate your silly views on politics because you have worthwhile perspectives on real estate and the economy. Extend us conservatives with defensible perspectives on real estate and economy the same courtesy, please.
narrow-minded…
btw, there’s history, evidence, fact behind the claims that bush is an idiot and that temps are rising.
not all conservatives are bushtians.

drunkleParticipanti dont like ron paul’s opinions on taxation and entitlements. but he’s got a really good grasp of economics and global affairs as far as i’m concerned. perhaps our/my generation was born to sacrific like the silent generation before. if he can set things straight for future generations, so be it. i’m all for him.
