Participant“This thing is going to get worse before it gets better.”
We’ve been saying that all along, but what a 180 for the “brains” behind the “it’s great time to buy or sell a home” campaign.

ParticipantAside from the gross errors in referencing housing data, I question the rising income claim.
Even before you factor in the true 10-20% inflation we are seeing, I’d bet incomes are flat in more places, not to mention job losses are mounting.

ParticipantLet’s see, if I bought a 19″ color TV in 1983 for $500, can I now sue Sony for a 62″ Plasma?
Maybe they should sue lenders for writing loans to people who defaulted and ended the housing bubble? Or maybe they should sue their neighbors for not being able to buy more expensive homes? Maybe they should sue the local businesses for not paying better? Or maybe sue us here at piggington for scaring people out of buying houses at their peak prices and causing the collaspe of housing nationwide?
“My house went down in price, I have to sue someone #$&%^*@!”
