CoronitaParticipantViagra, if the natural way doesn’t happen frequently. Just kidding. But in all seriousness, why does one need vitamin supplements if one is eating properly?
CoronitaParticipant
come up with a kit you can sell someone to grow their own on their patio. much like the antfarm idea: buy the hardware and then the ants ( seeds) will be mailed to you. ie. grow your own ‘tomato’ plant and social media market it can be used for other plants too ;)
You know that isn’t a bad idea.

I can’t wait to appear on QVC
CoronitaParticipantHow do I invest in a medical MJ joint?
CoronitaParticipantYes. Take it somewhere else. Go to either allgermanauto in Escondido or go to midnightoil in miramar.
I’ve never made.it out of a dealership service with something else breaking after. So I avoid shops if I can. And if I can’t, I take it to a reliable independent.
Allgermanauto is pretty well known in the bmw SD cca group. They have an excellent reputation, and one of my current workers is friends with one of the specialists there. I would highly recommend them.
People also had a good experience with midnightoil. I have not used them personally recently though.
You can look at fcpeuro to see if it is diy.
CoronitaParticipant

Can you get a job with a decent amount of vacation time and travel with the family during school vacations? Or have more time for hobbies/volunteering/doing what you want to do?
No mortgage: guessing you’re paying under $1000/mo including utilities for the house, minus whatever rental income you have from other properties. That puts you in a GREAT position to say F YOUR MOTHER to the rat-race.
Paid off house + car + rental income = ability to do what you want. Enjoy it.
I agree with this, except I would add college savings to paid off house + car + rental income. After you have that, it is time to figure out what you really want to do, other than the rat race. And good luck with it, we have not yet been able to talk ourselves into making the leap.
College will be covered by a 529plan + custodial account + selling 1 rental if necessary.
No car loan(s).
No student loans.
No mortgage on rentals except 1.
CoronitaParticipant
You’ve been watching too much Fox “News.”
And unskeptically reading too many RWNJ facebook posts.
And listening to too much Rush Limbaugh.Etc.
Dont forget. Blame the chinese homebuyers as the root cause of unaffordable housing.
CoronitaParticipant

Thanks for all the recommendations. Replacing the fuse seems enough to fix it for now but I’m thinking of using some other place in the future. The service adviser we had before retired and service just isn’t very good there anymore.
Which stealership?
BMW of San Diego
Ugh… Yeah, that does not surprise me.

CoronitaParticipant
CoronitaParticipant
Not answer to your questions; but I’d say trade it in for s Toyota or Honda. Take it to one of their dealerships.
They aren’t any better. I had an Acura that went to the stealer many times. Sup par service there too.
CoronitaParticipantGet this scardey, if you can get one at MSRP… Most of the places want $20-30k above MSRP

on the other hand, women buy 1000$ purses all the time that depreciate rapidly. why cant men accessorize and not feel dumb for spending money on something absolutely unnecessary.
What women do you hang around with? I have never dreamed of spending that kind of money on a purse. I would feel very dumb if I ever did. On the other hand, I did find a Tag Heuer Targa Florio watch on deep discount one day and bought it for my husband. It was a good investment, and it is very good looking – and it made him happy.
asian women (some at least)
CoronitaParticipantI was thinking about setting up a gofundme account for my mortgage. I just need about 10,000 people donating $10.
