ParticipantAccording to your own link, waiting, Kelly in Olde Carlsbad(92008) beat out Pacific Rim and Aviara. Also look at El Camino Creek (92009). No bias here since my kids don’t go to any of these public schools nor would I choose a school solely on test scores and demographics (the test scores are the demographics). Basically look at the percentage of Hispanic kids (and ‘riff-raf’) going to the school and you’ll arrive at the decision most of you people will make about where you’ll live and send your kids to school.

ParticipantI’ve had success with getting ink out using hairspray, rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, and denatured alcohol. Basically any alcohol should get it out. I’m not sure what kind of ‘stain’ is going to be left behind on 3-4 ft. of beige fabric though. You may have to put alcohol everywhere to even out the color it leaves behind.
Also, unless you have a ‘bumper to bumper warranty’ from the funiture company, they’re not going to replace fabric damage that you made.
