    To not make this information available to appraisers would be criminal. Seriously shameful if that were to occur.

    If the homeowner is going to get a free pass from credit issues, a free pass from eviction, and a fresh start, it’s only fair that the neighbors know about it. You can’t say that when the seller goes to the open market and sells the house that sets the market price. Sure it does but we need to know what the previous sale was, and a principal reduction should be considered an arms length transaction between the bank and owner.

    You wonder if the crime family decrease in violence over the years was because many of the fools went “legit”. I say that sarcastically of course, but there was obviously more money to be made here than in shaking down mom and pop grocery stores and pizza joints.

    sdrealtor I was under the impression that he lived over in the composer district? I could be wrong about that. I do know at one point he had a son in Little League.

    Also as a Cleveland guy I’d been hoping to bump into Joe Walsh like you said but I think he was selling or sold his house in Olivenhain.
