ParticipantIt is not a good place & price is wrong too. If you want to be in Vista, try to buy something in 92081 (South Vista/Shadowridge area). It is closer to Carlsbad. Traffic is a mess on E. Vista way. 92084 is OK if you are looking for a rural style home and are not keen on schools. Anyway, this place should go below $200/sqft to even to start making sense.
