Participantthere are still programs for 100% purchases, and there are still stated income loans, IF you qualify…
That is a teaser! Who in this day wants to give away money for 100% and stated income, knowing full well the incentives for "Heads I win, tails you lose" mindset of many home buyers?

ParticipantI have a question for all of you with political smarts. I keep hearing Huckabee use the term “miracle” to describe how he may get Republican nomination. I am starting to wonder if it is a code word for “mortality” – as in “McCain is old. He has had cancer, He may die before the general election”.
So my question is, if McCain is nominated, as seems inevitable, but dies or is incapacitated before general election, will Huckabee be the automatic shoe in? I think this may have happened sometime in history; I am just not aware how it was handled and if the process has been formalized in either party now.
P.S. Long live McCain; He is an honorable man. My question is just a “Constitutional” curiosity!

ParticipantVote based on what you think will benefit you, and be done with it.
Hmm.. Isn't that a rather minimalist practice of good Citizenship? I am pretty sure most people won't benefit significantly differently, individually, based on who becomes the next President. But the overall direction of our Civilization can change dramatically – as the last 8 years have demonstrated forcefully. I think being a little more concerned about the future of Community/State/Nation is not entirely useless.
