ParticipantCaulk cracks around doors and windows if you can.
I spray $3-4 worth of Ortho Home Defense Max outside the house every 3 months and it seems to be working. I draw a line where the foundation meets the ground and around doors and windows. I also spray the ground side of the top horizontal plank and the bottom of the fence.
My 6-year old likes to collect spiders. I sprayed the container once with Ortho and newly caught spiders would die quickly even weeks later. She thought all the spiders in the neighborhood are very sick.

[/quote]JTR says 90% of those who bought in 92130 since 06/01 put 20% or more down. I don’t remember the credit era numbers, but it was not much different. The prices would need to drop a lot for those to walk.
