Which development did you go to that told you about the people having potential financing issues? I heard the same thing in a development in 4S ranch. I just want to see if we went to the same place. The women I spoke to had a name that started with a C.Thanks

ParticipantThey are going to increase these homes a little at a time in hopes that no one notices and then by labor day they will have the LABOUR DAY SPECIAL, $25-50k off or incentives thrown in plus a free plasma. It is amazing how dumb people can be. Pardee last year had 15 homes for 2 months unsold. had a labor day special where you get a free $2000 TV and sold about 10 homes. I cannot believe that people are soooo stupid.
Most people will look at the ad in the UT and say WHAT!!!! this is a great deal not realizing that they could have bought the home for the same price last month.

It is adevelopment home and his phase is getting poured next week. I will go with him to the pour in. Good points about the rebar. If they just pour on top and not pull it up then it wouldn’t do any good. I’m glad I’m involved in this process because by the time I buy my own home, I’ll know what to look for in a good builder and what questions to ask to ensure they are not BS’ing me.

I believe Pardee wanted to ride out the wave and put a stop on building and that is why they claimed to be sold out. If you head there you can see the large empty piece of land that will be divided up soon for new releases.
I agree with you. I am not a fan of Pardee either. The homes are poorly laid out and some have the bathroom right in the living room. Really bad layouts.

If it was a limited edition amount then I can understand, but apple will flood the market with this POS. Funny thing too is that I never buy first edition of any electronic. I wait for them to fix all the kinks and add more features than being the idot with the glitchy one. Next summer this will be offered for $149 with a 2 year plan. Money well wasted.
