I’d appreciate if you can ask him if he knows anyone interested in a San Diego RE story. You can email me at [email protected]
this story is great because it shows how the builders and lenders are trying to screw over home buyers and using the Good Earnest deposit as a hostage to get someone to sign into a loan that doesn’t make sense and is way over the head of the buyer.

Alex_angelParticipantFLU, you only think that way because you live in San Diego. move to Alabama and you’ll see that 1 million$ is a lot of cash

Alex_angelParticipantKev,
You’d be surprised at how many easy coast millionaires simply buy homes here as a retreat. Huge chunks of the coastal properties are second or vacation home for the richie riches of this world.Alex_angelParticipantKev,

People are still trying to outbid each other on homes, sales are still happening on over million dollar homes. What seems to be happening is that those who can’t afford are getting pushed out of SD and those who can are moving in. There was a stat that the population of SD is declining, but in reality it is just people that can’t afford to live here that are moving away.
