  I have a friend who has a great story at how a Builder and lender in San Diego is trying to swindle him into getting into a loan over his head.
  
  Maybe someone at the UT wouldn’t mind writing a story about this guy.
  
  I thought to check here first if you guys know any writers there.

    this story is great because it shows how the builders and lenders are trying to screw over home buyers and using the Good Earnest deposit as a hostage to get someone to sign into a loan that doesn’t make sense and is way over the head of the buyer.
