Best alternative I have seen is right here:
Bottom line is that they are already nationalized the tax payer is just on the hook for losses…the executives get the profits – this is, unless something is done.

Anyway, Bugs was one of the heavy hitter posters back in the earlier days… a pro commercial appraiser who just posted fantastic analysis and comments all the time.
I actually pinged him a while back just to see if he was ok… he is ok, just been real busy. He actually does pop up once in a while even still.
