ParticipantI haven’t heard of that company and they might not be stupid, but acting stupid, so you do not pin them down on price. I bet if they come out and give you a bid they will not want to leave it with you. I would shop around and get multiple bids and pit them against each other. All panels are not created equal either. Some are made in Japan and some are made in China. Get installers that have been in the business awhile and ask for referrals where you can go talk to the homeowner about the system. SDG&E’s website may have some rebate information. One more issue, silver is used in panels (I do not know how much), but like other precious metals, today it went up.
