ParticipantGet more vitamin D, either the real thing by being out in the sun of take the supplement. A lot of folks are deficient. Also, I agree with scaredy about not taking prescription drugs for depression. Do not let your doc put you on anti-depressants. Even the new versions only promote more chemical dependency and might even destroy your body’s ability to produce serotonin on its own. Exercise, good work and good nutrition are the way to balance.
