From my first post here in early 06 I broke down how much and I bought 1.2 mil in real estate (how much the 3 properties were foreclosed on) for $586k with only a mortgage left on only 2 properties at $380k. Not just how much I saved by waiting but the longer I waited the more money I was able to save along the way. I saved a grip. AND it all started from this site.

November 20, 2010 at 9:03 AM #632414scaredyclassicParticipanti think it would be difficult to really calculate savings. But the eduactional process here definitely has a dollar value. It’s not peak price minus purchase price, but it’s definitely more than zero.
however if I were selling access to the site, I would advertise the savings as “peak price v. purchase price”…. π
