    My girlfriend and I should be getting the keys to our first house tomorrow. I wanted to thank all of you here for the great information I have been able to sponge for the last 2 years. I’m sure that prices will drop some for the next couple of years, but it’s a house we liked that we can afford. We got a decent rate on the loan, and I think we’ll make it into a nice home for the two of us.

    what are you, crazy? What kind of nut would buy a house right now. Oh wait a minute. I guess I would! I agree with your general assessment. Although i don’t think unmarried people should live together. And I’m uncertain still on whether married people should live together. mazeltov!
