    figure 72,000 down, i’d borrow 25k from aretirement acct, 8k credit, i’d really just be out of pocket 39,000, which isn’t all that much if the government can assure me the value of my house wont really go down very much. has some granite. 7 bedrooms i think. anyway, a lot of bedrooms, although probably technically some of them aren’t bedrooms. we’ve never come this close and my wife is freaked because she’s not in super love wiht it. isn’t this about more than extrme love? its justa house

    it is less than one mile to my office. it sold for almost 900k in 05.

    im not afraid.

    house also has a courtyard.

    i was thinking of having one room completely devoted to jazz.

    the other cheap house was too cheap.
