Two Records in My Area

In my development of townhouses built in the late 80s, there are two designs, a 1400 sq ft and a 1600 sq ft.

In July one of the 1600 sq ft units sold for low 640s.

In October, a 1400 square foot unit sold for low 480s.

Ouch!

I’d hate to be holding onto something and see that come through on the comps.

Both apppear to be records for the last few years: Record high sale and record low sale, both within months of each other.
