ParticipantWateridge is a great area. I rented there last year. Very quiet, especially during the weekend where no one is at work. The rent for the largest floor plan is around $2100/month.

ParticipantNice, but wait for the NOD’s to come in over the next few months. Then step in at the mid 300’s for the 2 beds. High 200’s for the 1 beds.
No schools, but perfect for single or newly wed couples. Also easy to rent out.
For shopping you have all the brand new stuff in Torrey Hills.

ParticipantWateridge doesn’t have 1 bedroom place. The smallest is 2 bed, 2.5 bath. They all are 3 stories w/ 2 car garage. The smallest unit usually rent for around $1800/month. Schools for 92121 is the same as west side of 92126 (Mira Mesa). It’s quite far from Torrey Hills. It’s closer to Mira Mesa & La Jolla than Torrey Hills.
