Just an FYI on pring. While 2003 was bubbly that price occurred prior to the most bubblicious period. My next door neighbor sold their house for mid 700’s around that time and had they waited 2 more months they could have gotten close to 900K. A house like they bought would still sell easily close to 800K.
I dont know that area but a great property in a area that has retained its value will sell at 2003 pricing.
