I was only willing to pay so much and apparently someone else was willing to pay more. Again, all of your comments were EXTREMEMLY helpful in our decision to stay put.

FWIW, I don’t think you’ll regret your decision to hold off for now. It looks like things are turning again.

FWIW, I don’t think you’ll regret your decision to hold off for now. It looks like things are turning again.
