The main house is about 3400 sq/ft and, as noted here, there are no (in my opinion)significant upgrades. There is a small separate house off the garage that is just. . .there. For a family like ours (2 kids) it w/b more desireable to have the footage in the house as opposed to separate property. And, it’s not like this property is low priced in an otherwise expensive neighborhood (i.e. Olivenhain). Pretty much all other similar properties are about the same price (or less) and those that are priced higher are (IMHO) pipe dreams. My $.02.

I don’t think there were any closings above 800k mark in the area since 2007.
