    Well the horrors of renting are definitely mine!

    that is my special trick number 17. If I can talk everyone out of renting then I will have the ALL as buyers and be able to hold the world ransom for one BIIIILLLLLLION dollars!

    oh yeah I am still renting… but i do hate it!

    I think SDR has high standards and does not want to settle for less. It makes sense to me.

    O.K. Acetia, Hello, I didn’t really get away yet. I think you are right but we should sell as though our clients deserve to know what some different parameters that meet high standards are as much as try to knock them off the fence, or if they are of the fence to get a commission. This is not an indictment.
