Yeah that in itself is probably stupid but it is not school yard tricks.

With regard to SDR backing out of a house he thought was a good deal in retrospect(If I am following correctly), this adds an example that supports my claim that buyers not agents control their own destiny regarding bargains. As a Savvy agent he found himself a deal, he chose to pass as a buyer.
