Mainly because it satisfied all of the criteria we have been looking for even though the remediation work was more then we wanted to endure. The problem that we have in our search is simply not finding anything that we really love. Plenty of “that will do okay for us homes” but the ones that really look like winners or could be winners are well out of our range.
Finding a good deal is defined by each of us on our own terms but all to many people measure it by price per square foot alone. To each his own.
