GREAT HOUSE that’s all I want! But it’s bull, right? We looked @ Redhawk and thought “PERFECT”. We were told absolutely NO RV parking. I didn’t know about the schools, that sounds great too. 750k is a little too steep……but beautiful none the less…..

We have the toy hauler and desert toys, but no on the tattoos thanks……I am a middle aged woman with 2 boys who like to ride…not my thing, I just like camping…..

I do remember you or someone else posting about the Temecula area being the best, if your buying in that area. I heard the west side because of the breeze. We had a breeze that sounds simular in our last home in Santee(similar climate). So I definately was interested in that area.

Little lady, The Breeze is on the South side, West side (De Luz) will cost you big bucks, well over a mil. Redhawk allows R.V. parking and on the street but not on a permanent basis. I think you get somewhere between 24 and 72 hour stints as often as you like. I just can’t remember because when I had a motorhome I stored it (it’s less than $100 a month locally) so loading and offloading and charging it up the day before and keeping it overnight is no big deal. For you, with all the toys, you are going to need some land.

Marion, It was an attempt at being clever, albeit a true story, I don’t allow others to influence who I engage. Just be aware there are many lurkers and our words can hurt. As strange as it may sound, I speak somewhat regularly to many of the lurkers who don’t post, not suprisingly they are all women who for some reason you seem to rile. My soft peddling the argument was that since your arrival you have been taking on people 20 at a time like a bad karate movie. I choose to avoid the fights on the boards and the discussions that deviate more than a few comments from real estate (football, womanizing and quoting dead authors being accepted short term deviations). Understand that nothing you have said has ever offended me, I just didn’t want to start the karate movie again, my self depricating comments about my frailty were purely in jest. I really think that your expectations of prices is too low, but that is why we are here and that argument has been made so many times that it is one of the reasons that I haven’t bought yet. I think the truth will be in the middle, somewhere between todays prices and your expectations.
