I just don’t think that’s realistic for SD coastal RE (1996/97 prices ),

But that would be nice, I will definitely be buying in coastal SD if that comes to pass.
(I think some pigg’s will buy two or three if it gets to that point)

Realistically I think once the economy gets going again the RE prices for coastal SD will flatten and then move close to inflation.

Also once the economy gets going again really hard hit areas like Oceanside or Temecula may see a sizable pop in prices from these levels they are now selling for.

Ok….Something is really fishy about Monte Claire….Kinda sucks there’s a $245 monthly HOA fee for a SFH in Monte Claire…But what’s up with this complex? Seems like quite a bit of folks in trouble. Tax roles also show 1 person defaulting on this this street, plus another one with overdue taxes for a year.

So what’s the dirt on this complex? Anyone anyone?
