This one is going to be even more interesting…Considering this use to be a $1million complex….

Geesh. The owner really fvcked up. He/she bought it in 2001 for $600k and change. They must have ATMed the home to death.
this home looks like it was also ATMed to death…

And of course, you have this person that is dreaming…
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090016320-3992_Lago_Di_Grata_San_Diego_Ca_92130$1.3million-1.4.. I don’t know. Seems like when you’re neighbors are going for high sevens, that your home is *slightly* overpriced if it’s asking for 1.3-1.4… lol…
Speaking of Monte Claire property for sale….
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-080078809-3964_Lago_Di_Grata_Cir_San_Diego_Ca_92130
Another one. $950k.. Geesh. Actually this one hit pretty close to home…. I can very close to buying this in 2004. Glad we didn’t.
Oh wait, more monte claire properties for sale…
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090019645-3936_Lago_Di_Grata_San_Diego_Ca_92130
$1.2 millionhttp://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090006275-3968_Lago_Di_Grata_Cir_San_Diego_Ca_92130
$1.2 millionOk….Something is really fishy about Monte Claire….Kinda sucks there’s a $245 monthly HOA fee for a SFH in Monte Claire…But what’s up with this complex? Seems like quite a bit of folks in trouble. Tax roles also show 1 person defaulting on this this street, plus another one with overdue taxes for a year.
So what’s the dirt on this complex? Anyone anyone?
