Interest rates are good and probably going to go up putting houses out of reach lending is drying up. The neighborhood you want looks pretty good you should be allright. You think this phony contrarian sold a bunch of houses? Tried to sell houses but failed? Proved that low sales shows you should keep you mouth shut(double meaning)
I just have to say, I don’t see anything wrong with a little client hunting on the blog, as long as it isn’t a regular thing, as long as it is related to the topic at hand (like if someone says “do you konw a good realtor?”) and as long as you continue to post a substantial number of useful posts.

You are guilty, however, of demolishing this thread arguing about it when it isn’t even really worth mentioning. Lots of blah-blah-blah on this thread over nothing, methinks.
