It really is not constructive to run in circles with you because we always end up at the same destination don’t we?
That is, whatever the original topic is, whatever the original debate was it will end up with you making an accusation of salesmanship. The previous thread had sdr mention that a percentage of short sales are really not available although they are listed as actives and I agree. I have posted that same thought over and over.I asked you to call and see for yourself but I guess you don’t want to. On another post rich put out a few weeks back it was a clear desplay that months inventory was lower then it has been in a long time. These are not opinions or assumptions or salesmanship but just facts.
Honestly there isn’t anything for me to address with you. I try to address your posts directly or challenge you to do your own investigation but you don’t. That is fine.
As far as your other baseless accusations I have another engineering contract position sorry to tell you. Oh yeah ny wifes business makes more then my real estate and my engineering jobs combined and if you like her website is http://www.mpiclinic.com

Prices and rates are down in your favor, that is for sure. I just think this jobs thing could be a real fly in the ointment. I don’t think sales will be as strong as last year, unless rates drop to 3 or 4% and many more incentives come about. So far sales are lower than they have been since approximately last April.Seasonality and short months aside, given low rates and price capitulation I call that kind of a flop. So far it is the case of best lowest price for the values selling. I guess very low interest rates or very fast capitulation in prices are your best bets for some BOOOIIIINNNNGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck.
