ParticipantProperties in my hood that sold for 980K in 2005 have already resold below the 740K level. This thing is farther along than many would want to beleive.
FYI, I just checked the listing and there are some interesting comments suggesting the house might have suffered a flood/mold damage which could be part of the problem there. As big as it is, its also a 3br which doesnt help.
