I’m surprised it didnt sell. Maybe there is something wrong with it that I didnt see. If not, its the market being weaker than I would have guessed. Regarding the price reduction, that is right on schedule. Now down to $744,900. Could we possibly see it close in the low 700s? That would be a pretty decent drop from $980k in 2005.
