sdr, it wasn’t the fact that it wasn’t sold yet. It’s the fact that they actually lowered the price after 37 days that surprises me. Considering it’s Carmel Valley and this is one of the more desired SFR in CV in my eyes.January 14, 2009 at 8:00 PM #329253an

ParticipantLooks like Corte Al Fresco just did another price drop. Now down to $744,900. Could we possibly see it close in the low 700s? That would be a pretty decent drop from $980k in 2005.
