Hadnt seen it but just checked it out. Price is ridiculous and will likely get bid up over 500K w/o much trouble.

Someone took at Meadowridge townhome (92009 3/2.5 1500 sq ft 2 car) and listed it at 260K which is a 2001 price. They got a couple dozen offers and it quickly got bid up well over 300K and close to retail. I had a strong buyer who wrote an offer but we bailed as soon as we saw their game.
