ParticipantOh crap. Now I’ve got that song going through my head. That song is going through my head. It won’t stop… Little red-headed kid, orphan, what’s her name?
“The sun will come up…” — Stop!
(I can’t make it stop.)
“Tomorrow…” – Help!
Damn, sdrealtor. What are you putting in those martinis!?

ParticipantOMG! What an amazing discussion, and just what I’ve been wanting to read. But what about those (few?) of us in the REALLY low end pricing? In central (and popular) parts of SD: 92104? When will it be better to buy then rent?
I started a new forum topic with the above questions as it feels like this one has reached closure. I just want to thank you all for the honest, searching and respectful posts. I’m so grateful. I can’t contribute to the discussions with any depth but boy do I learn a lot. Hope I can come to TG’s housewarming anyway 🙂
Congratulations.

ParticipantHere is another thought , given that there were a fair number of home sales in the last few months be it at a discount or not, would not these homes need paint, carpet etc…
If new first timers, furniture etc… yard work etc..I am just saying…
One more note,
Someone earned a Commission ,
Someone closed escrow,
Someone did a title searchNovember 22, 2008 at 9:37 PM #308345Nor-LA-SD-guy
