Agree luck had something to do with it, but there were and are many other variables in play that required decisions–it didn’t all happen by chance.
It’s easy to ascribe the outcome of one’s life to luck–good or bad–since that removes personal accountability, but I don’t buy that. IMO, it’s definitely a combination of elements.
Yeah that.
Nothing could have happened any other way than it did and will. You cannot make any difference whatsoever.
It is what it is.
With enough computer power and a sufficient program, the fart I just let loose could have been foreseen from the moment of the big bang

It’s easy to have sellers remorse for just about any asset this year.
Crazy distorted markets IMO but what do I know.

January 7, 2022 at 2:34 PM #823693sdrealtorParticipantI screen shot Zillow from time to time and all photos are backed up on google cloud. I get daily memory emails from google pictures which I enjoy for many reasons. Todays memory was last years number. 40% increase in zestimate and I don’t think that’s far off. SMH

To really be making an insightful prediction, one would need to add a time frame “in the next 6 months…”
I agree. Although this is not the time frame anyone would like from a prediction, I’ll say before the end of 2021 or it’s unlikely to pass. My crystal ball is generally a bit hazy.
You may have hit the demarcation point on the nose.
Time will tell.
